Facial Skin Treaments
While cosmetic treatments used to be all about chasing lines and wrinkles, the past few years have focused more on re-contouring the face. There is no doubt that naturally plump 'apple' cheeks, a beautifully straight nose and a firm jawline contribute to a more attractive profile. If you're not naturally endowed with these features or have lost some of them with age (as we all do), we can give you a non-surgical helping hand with special contouring and volumising injections.
Facial Contouring Types
There are numerous facial contouring products on the market, but we only use highest quality, sterile hyaluronic acid (HA) products such as Belotero Volume and Juvederm Voluma.
Hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronate) is a physiological substance that all skin contains naturally, but levels decline with age. Designed to enhance volume and facial contours, HA volumisers are more robust, better-lifting versions of hyaluronic acid wrinkle fillers and are injected deeper under the skin. How long the effects last depends on a variety of factors and varies from patient to patient, but are likely to be between 9 and 18 months. In time, the volumiser will be degraded by your body's own enzymes - just as happens with your natural hyaluronic acid.
You'll also be relieved to hear that we offer several forms of effective pain prevention. All of the volumisers we use already contain a local anaesthetic. However, many patients opt for an additional numbing cream, which is applied by one of our practitioners about 60 minutes prior to your treatment.
Eudelo Pillar Lift
The Eudelo Pillar Lift embodies Eudelo’s unique full-face approach to treatment of structural facial ageing and is one of our most popular treatments. The treatment addresses the universal problem of our face changing its shape over time, from a youthful heart shaped profile to an older looking, bottom-heavy triangular shape. This is caused by the fat pads in our cheeks deflating while at the same time moving down the face as gravity takes its toll. The underlying bone structure also diminishes which means the whole face loses its underlying support, leaving it looking somewhat saggy and tired.
The Eudelo Pillar Lift technique totally transforms the approach to rejuvenating treatments. It uses contouring and volumising fillers which are injected deeply under the skin to softly re-shape the face. The Eudelo Pillar Lift is unique in that it involves the injection of lifting pillars into strategic positions on the face to support it, much like a clothes-hanger supports the shape of a jacket. This is then combined with line smoothing injections and/or skin boosters to complete the overall effect of this treatment package. The procedure is very straightforward and carried out after application of an effective numbing cream.
Interestingly, repeated treatments also tend to slow down the facial ageing process, as we are gently supporting its structure. This often allows the time between repeat treatments to gradually increase.

The Eudelo SoundLift
The Eudelo SoundLift is an amazing treatment package which can lift and tighten skin on the face, neck and chest. It stimulates collagen production and supports skin regeneration without any downtime.
The Eudelo SoundLift consists of a unique combination of facial anatomy mapping, a gentle preparatory energy skin peel, highly effective micro-focused ultrasound lifting with simultaneous ultrasound visualisation, and cryostimulation as pain relief. During the diagnostic part of the session, our highly trained expert will then map your SMAS layer (connective tissue surrounding certain facial muscles) using ultrasound visualisation, so that we can tailor the treatment to exactly fit your individual facial anatomy (everybody is different!). Once the scanning is complete, the centre piece of treatment will be performed. Using the Gold-Standard Ultherapy® device, your therapist directs micro-focused ultrasound into two very specific facial layers, the SMAS layer and the collagen containing dermis, in order to tighten and lift the skin.
The technology in general is also sometimes referred to as MFU (micro-focused ultrasound) or HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound). However, the Ultherapy® device is the only technology that continuously visualises the anatomical layers of the skin during treatment, ensuring the focused ultrasound energy is delivered to exactly the correct depth, which is of course crucial. Remember, everybody is different and treating with an ultrasound device that does not allow simultaneous visualisation is careless in our opinion. It’s also shocking to see that some clinics market their MFU/HIFU treatment as Ultherapy® despite using a cheaper copycat device without visualisation. Rest assured that at Eudelo, we guarantee Ultherapy® technology.
Cheek Enhancements
Science has confirmed that flatter cheeks make a face look substantially older, as sadly, the fat tissue in our cheeks is among the first to go as we age. Extensive endurance exercise such as daily running can hasten this decline even more. As well as experiencing age-related changes like this, there may be some people whose cheeks have always been on the flat side and are interested in improving their contours.
We can enhance your cheeks non-surgically by injecting a lifting hyaluronic acid gel directly under the fat tissue in your cheeks ('Y-Lift'). Our aesthetic practitioners always aim for a completely natural look with gently sculpted cheekbones and naturally plump 'apple' cheeks. Don't worry, we won't overdo it - you won't end up with a tell-tale 'pillow face.'
The procedure is very straightforward and is a true lunch break procedure, as most people go back to their daily routine after the treatment. The results are immediately visible, but there may be some minor swelling for a couple of days and occasionally some bruising.

Improving the Shape of the Nose
Non-surgical nose shaping is a relatively new variation of treatment with a hyaluronic acid filler/volumiser - and it can make a huge difference to your face. Not everyone is suitable for this treatment, but if you are, it can be a great alternative to a rhinoplasty (surgical 'nose job').
We can smooth prominent humps and bumps on the bridge of your nose, even out its shape or refine its profile. Your nose may even appear smaller than before treatment! As well as making your nose look straighter, we can elevate or uplift the tip if you wish. Conversely, if a prominent, upturned 'ski-slope' nose is the problem, we can make that look less obvious.
We also frequently have patients coming to see us in clinic, complaining that their noses are too flat, so they can't wear glasses or sunglasses without them sliding down. With non-surgical nose shaping we can now build up flat noses, giving them a beautifully straight and even profile that supports glasses well.
The procedure can be done in less than 30 minutes - without surgery, breaking bones or painful downtime associated with rhinoplasty. Adding definition to the chin and jaw line
Some people are conscious about their small or receding chin, which usually is a genetic feature, and would like a more balanced facial profile. By injecting a lifting and contouring hyaluronic acid gel into the chin area we can dramatically re-define the lower facial contours and balance your features. Filling deep under eye hollows
The results are immediately visible, but you may experience mild swelling and tenderness for a few days and possibly some bruising after the procedure. On average, the results last six to twelve months.
Deep, tired looking under eye hollows ('tear troughs') can be lifted very nicely with a special type of hyaluronic acid skin booster. However, not everyone's a good candidate, as this procedure may not be suitable if there's puffiness (oedema) or prolapsed fat present on the lower eyelids. Non-Surgical upper eyelid lift
Plasma is an increasingly popular technology used in aesthetic medicine, in particular for upper eyelid tightening. As you might know, plasma is the fourth state of matter in which electrons are stripped from atoms to form an ionized gas. High-temperature plasmas have been used in surgery for over two decades. However, it is now increasingly used as a non-surgical method to rejuvenate and tighten the skin.
