Dermal Fillers in London
“Think of facial contouring like putting a jacket back on its hanger — two or three key support points and everything falls beautifully into place. The goal is never to add volume for volume’s sake, but to restore the structure that time has softened.”

Areas We Treat
Dermal fillers can not only soften lines and wrinkles, but (more importantly) also restore volume and definition across multiple areas of the face. At Eudelo, the most common treatment areas include:- Cheeks — restoring midface volume and lift
- Jawline — sharpening definition and reducing jowling
- Chin — improving projection and facial harmony in a weaker or recessed chin
- Temples — lifting hollows that also contribute to sagging of the lower face
- Lips — subtle restoration of age-related volume loss, for better definition and softened lipstick bleed lines
- Nasolabial folds — softening nose-to-mouth lines
- Marionette lines — reducing creases below the corners of the mouth
- Tear troughs — improving under-eye hollows that make you look tired
- Eudelo Pillar Lift — Full face restoration with placement of tailored fillers into key structural support points

Our Approach
Eudelo Dermatology & Skin Wellbeing is led by Dr Stefanie Williams — a specialist Dermatologist with decades of experience from Germany and the UK, who combines medical dermatology expertise with advanced aesthetic practice. One of a small number of dermatologists in the UK practising a true fusion of both medical and aesthetic dermatology. A published author of a reference book on natural looking aesthetic treatments (‘Look Great, Not Done’) and a postmenopausal woman who knows how it feels to have treatments herself, Dr Stefanie brings a professional and personal perspective that most aesthetic clinics simply cannot match.
Being different shapes everything we do. We don’t just inject — we meticulously plan. Before reaching for a syringe, we thoroughly assess your skin’s overall health and fitness. If it’s dehydrated, sun-damaged or lacking elasticity, we address that in combination with any injectables — because fillers work best on a strong foundation. When it comes to the fillers themselves, we only use the highest quality hyaluronic acid and use lower doses placed strategically and precisely to build up support gradually. We’d rather you came back for a subtle top-up than left with more product than your face needs or something that looks obvious.
This is why our patients look like themselves — just more rested and fresher. Never overdone, never ‘pillow faced’. Not like someone else. Simply the best version of you.
We are so confident you will always look like yourself that we offer a 100% Natural Results Guarantee — something we believe no other clinic in the country provides. It’s our promise that you will never leave Eudelo looking ‘done’. This isn’t a marketing gimmick; it reflects how deeply our conservative, Dermatologist-led approach is woven into everything we do. If natural results weren’t our absolute priority, we simply couldn’t make this guarantee. So if you’re seeking that overfilled reality‑TV kind of aesthetic, Eudelo is definitely not the right fit for you.

How Fillers Work
Most people assume facial ageing is primarily about wrinkles. It isn’t. From your mid-thirties, two things happen simultaneously beneath the surface — and unless your practitioner understands, they’re only treating part of the picture. Or worse, ‘painting over the cracks’, but not addressing the root course.
First, the fat pads in your cheeks — the tissue that gives a young face its heart-shaped fullness — deflate and migrate downward. Second, the underlying bone gradually diminishes, reducing the scaffolding that holds everything in place. And as both supports shrink, the overlying skin cover becomes too large for the structure beneath it. That’s what causes sagging, folding and that general ‘tired’ look.
This is why chasing individual lines with a filler rarely produces a natural result. The line is a merely a symptom. A practitioner who understands this will assess your entire facial structure before planning treatment. One who doesn’t will fill lines in isolation — and the result tends to look exactly that: filled.
Rather than simply filling lines on the surface, strategically placed hyaluronic acid can restore the structural support your face has lost — rebuilding volume where fat pads have deflated, recreating the scaffolding where bone has receded, and giving skin the foundation it needs to sit smoothly again. In addition we will of course also work on improving skin quality, texture and skin health - because only with strong skin regeneration we get optimal results.

What We Use and Why
Not all fillers are of the same quality or even the same material, and the choice matters more than most patients realise. At Eudelo, we only use the highest quality hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers — a substance your body produces naturally. Around 50% of your body’s natural HA is found in the skin, where it maintains plumpness and supports cell repair.
Another critical advantage of HA is that it’s fully reversible, should there ever be a need. Your body’s own enzyme hyaluronidase will dissolve it over time. But there is also commercially available hyaluronidase that can dissolve HA fillers within a very short period of time, if needed — giving both you and your practitioner a safety net. There are other filler materials that don’t offer this. If you’re unhappy with the result or it accidentally went into the wrong tissue, you’re stuck with it. And since your face continues to change with age, even a filler that looks fine today may look distinctly odd a decade from now. We’d rather work with your natural ageing — adjusting treatments over time — than lock you into something irreversible.
HA fillers also come in a range of consistencies (scientifically described by their ‘G prime’ value), and selecting the right one for each area is a clinical decision that directly affects results and safety. A firmer gel — sometimes called a volumiser — is designed for deep structural work like rebuilding cheek, temples or chin. A medium-weight filler may suit deep folds such as the nasolabial lines and defining the jawline. And a very soft, fluid product is needed for delicate areas like finer lines, the lips or tear troughs, where anything too firm would look and feel unnatural.
Getting this wrong is surprisingly common. Too firm a product in the lips creates that stiff, obviously ‘done’ look. Too soft a product in say the cheeks provides no meaningful lift. It’s worth asking any clinic you’re considering: which brand and viscosities are they using — and why?

How We Do It
Filler can be delivered with a sharp needle or a blunt-tipped cannula — a fine, flexible tube that enters through one tiny point and reaches a wide area beneath the skin. Because the tip is blunt, a cannula gently pushes past blood vessels rather than piercing them, reducing both bruising and the risk of vascular complications.
For certain anatomical areas with major blood vessels, using a cannula isn’t just a preference — it’s a safety requirement. But in other zones, a needle offers greater precision. In the vast majority of our sessions we use both, switching between the two depending on the area. Dr Stefanie calls this the ‘best of both worlds’ approach — though it requires the kind of detailed anatomical and skin physiology knowledge that only comes with years of specialist training and experience.
The most common issue we see in patients arriving from other clinics is piecemeal treatment — some filler here, some there, with no overall assessment or plan. The result often looks disjointed: fuller lips but hollow cheeks, or lifted cheeks but an undefined jawline. We assess the face as a complete three-dimensional structure, looking at how cheek volume relates to jawline definition, how temple hollowing changes the brow, how chin projection affects the balance of the entire profile. Our treatment plans often involve areas the patient hadn’t considered — because the real impact comes from addressing the entire structure, not just the surface.
This is also why we build up gradually. With precise placement, even small amounts per point can produce visible lift — without any risk of that overfilled look. We’d rather you came back for a subtle top-up than left the clinic with more product than your face needs.
That’s also why Eudelo is widely regarded as the go-to clinic for ‘de novo’ patients — those who are just starting their aesthetic journey and have not yet had any cosmetic injectables. Many choose Eudelo because they may still feel a little anxious and want to place their face in expert hands right from the very start. Many tell us they chose Eudelo for their first treatment because they see us as a safe, conservative clinic that clearly prioritises natural looking results over product sales. And later, they almost always say they wish they’d come sooner.
And we are obsessed with cleanliness. Every injectable session at Eudelo begins with a full sterile field on the work surface — the same clinical-grade preparation you’d see in a minor surgery setting. We then meticulously disinfect the treatment area before a single needle or cannula touches your skin. It’s the kind of detail that separates a Dermatologist-led medical clinic from a beauty salon, and one of many reasons our patients feel genuinely safe in our hands.

Your Comfort During Treatment
One of the questions we’re asked most often is whether filler treatments hurt. Honestly, most of our patients describe them as only minimally uncomfortable. That’s not by accident.
At Eudelo, your practitioner applies a high-concentration lidocaine numbing cream for you around 45 minutes before the procedure, then covers it with an occlusive film so the anaesthetic penetrates properly into the deeper skin layers. You’d be surprised how many clinics hand patients a tube of standard cream and ask them to apply it themselves in the bathroom, or at home before they arrive. Some don’t offer numbing at all. We think that’s simply not acceptable.
On top of the numbing cream, nearly all the hyaluronic acid fillers we use contain a built-in local anaesthetic, so the product itself numbs as it goes in. And because we use blunt-tipped cannulas wherever appropriate, the procedure tends to be more comfortable still — a cannula glides beneath the skin through a single entry point rather than piercing it repeatedly, which also means less bruising.
