For many people, pigmentation and dark spots are unwanted skin conditions that can be resistant to many products, peels and treatments. At Eudelo we have extensive experience treating these conditions and can offer a range of treatment options.
Laser and IPL treatments for irregular pigmentation work particularly well for the mottled appearance of chronic sun damage on face, chest and other exposed skin areas. Laser and IPL treatments are best suited for Caucasian skin, as individuals with darker skin have a significantly higher risk of complications (including the worsening of pigmentation!) after these light-based treatments.
Some patients may have age spots (liver spots, or lentigines) on their face and hands. Our doctors can gently freeze them in clinic, treat them with topical skin lightening products at home, or approach them with a special chemical peel. Freezing is especially effective in fair skinned individuals, but may leave some redness lasting around four to six weeks after treatment.

Not only can Total MelaOut lighten irregular pigmentation, but it can also greatly improve the appearance of dull skin, giving it a healthy glow, as well as improving skin texture, enlarged pores and acne scarring.
