Medical Aesthetician
Our Medical Aestheticians are at the very heart of what we do, and work together with our doctors to deliver the very highest standards of care. We are proud of the fact that our Medical Aestheticians are the most competent and highly trained in the industry. Needless to say, our standards are very high, and we are looking for someone who not only has the right qualifications but can also project a sophisticated image to our patients.
Working in this role, you will offer a continually growing range of non-surgical procedures as well as our range of Dermatology Grade facials developed by Dr. Stefanie Williams. You will also assist our dermatologists and will receive extensive training in order to be able to advise our patients on home care regimes.
You will also help with day to day operational and administrative tasks and help to maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness across the clinic.
To qualify for this role you will have:
- Minimum of NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Good computer skills.
- A confident, smart, friendly and professional personality.
- Spotless personal presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Beauty Therapist who is willing to work hard, is eager to learn, and wants to expand their knowledge to the furthest extent possible in a close-knit and friendly team.

Patient Support Coordinator / Front of House
We are looking for a full-time Patient Support Coordinator to work at the front of house of our multi-award winning clinic.
Friendly and professional, you will be the first port of call for our patients. You will have a natural customer focus and soft-sell approach to promoting our services. In keeping with the rest of our team, you will be dedicated to beautiful skin and will assist our patients in their journeys to better their skin using our unique medical dermatology approach alongside aesthetic medicine. Your engaging personality and knowledge of our procedures/products (for which you will receive full training) will exhilarate our patients.
We are looking for passionate, committed and dedicated individuals who can multi-task and deliver first-class customer service, all the while dealing with sensitive data. This role presents a unique career opportunity in a successful and thriving business and we are especially interested in people who wish to grow within our clinic. Most importantly you will also enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
Day-to-day, your activities will include answering calls and emails, managing diaries, dealing with payments, and promoting our services to both new and existing patients. You will also be very comfortable using a range of IT systems to handle a range of administrative duties. Last but not least, you will be a natural problem solver to support our patients through any difficulties they may experience and find whatever solutions might be necessary.
Desirable skills include:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and organise your workload with minimum supervision
- Proven sales experience
- A natural customer flair (with at least 1 year experience in a customer orientated role)
- IT literate; knowledge of G-Suite
- Experience of working in a luxury environment or hospitality is desirable
