What can I do to increase my skins natural glow?

What can I do to increase my skins natural glow?

There are lots of things you can do to give your skin a lovely glow. My favourite one is a ‘Fit Skin Forever’ Facial course (I have this done regularly on my own skin), which involves the use of a HydraFacial device to combine exfoliation, painless extractions, deep hydration, and advanced antioxidant protection. You can do an initial booster course of four treatments in weekly intervals. As maintenance I recommend one session every 6 weeks or so. A ‘Fit Skin Forever’ Facial with one of our Medical Aestheticians costs 150 pounds.

With regards to home care, choose something containing a gentle exfoliant ingredient to remove dead skin cells, increase cell turnover and reduce dull skin. One of my favourite is Skinceutical’s Retexturing Activator. It contains 25% Hydroxyethyl Urea/Aminosulfonic Acid with Kombuchka and Hyaluronic Acid to promote skin cell renewal and gently resurface the skin without irritation.

Alpha hydroxy acids such as glycolic acid are also exfoliating ingredients to boost skin glow. However, depending on their concentration they might be irritating to sensitive skin. Also make sure to always use a broadspectrum sunscreen everyday if using glycolic acid products (but you should do this anyway to keep your skin young looking and healthy!).
